American Ethnic Geography

Found this interesting site via Boing Boing this morning. What I found educational to me were the several 'Map Galleries' in the middle of the page. Graphical representaions of several social/economic/cultural/religious indicators laid out on county maps of the United States. Some results are obvious (high Cuban population in Miami-Dade county), but others were new to me (large percentage of Lutherans in the northern Midwest).

Overall, fun to browse through.
